Phase Two: Disruption

Objective:
To increase awareness of dissatisfaction and dissent amongst the People through means that target passersby and elicit attention due to placement.

Tactics:
Posting informational posters and fliers in well-trafficked and relevant areas.

Restrictions:
We are not condoning property damage, vandalism or any other crime. Check your local laws to determine if this violates any laws.

Length of Phase:
This Phase is Active. It is set to be indefinite.

Examples:
Using stainless, water-soluble adhesives, post giant poster on bank window near a high traffic area for Sunday on a Saturday night with some sort of awareness increasing or informational message, such as "Think they lend you money that is backed by value? Ask your banker how Fractional Reserve lending works tomorrow."

Make a large sign with "While your house is being robbed, the police ahead are pulling over the evil people that drive 10MPH faster than you do." Place it an 1/8 to 1/4 mile before a speed-trap
